Palladia's Surprise Maintenance Breakfast

This morning Palladia surprised the maintenance staff with a surprise breakfast in appreciation for all the hard work that they do. All of Palladia's maintenance staff's hard work is demonstrated by the number of comments the residents take time to make on their behalf. A few of those note worthy comments are as follows:

- Maintenance staff is very friendly.
- Palladia staff for their good maintenance. So, if there is a chance for us to come back there, we prefer only you.
- Service staff is awesome.
- Happy with the maintenance staff when I have a problem. Thank you.
- We soooo appreciate the staff at Palladia. They are approachable, professional and they take care of requests right away. The grounds are kept well and we loved our apartment. Thank you!!
- Well maintained and appealing.
- I also liked how clean and well-maintained the premises is.

Great Job Palladia!

October Employee of the Month!

Laura Bicknell!!!

"Laura is such a pleasure to work with. She arrives with a positive, upbeat personality. Since Laura has started at Meadowcreek I do not need to drink caffeine. She keeps me awake and full of energy. Laura has been one of the top-leasing consultant on the leasing legends for Jan, Feb, March, May, and June. She is a great sales person by selling herself to every prospect. Laura patiently explains the leasing process to all prospects over the phone, via e-mail or in person. I feel very lucky to have Laura on my team."

She enjoys the ride and does the right thing by following up on all prospects that are not even hers and providing a great attitude everyday at work!!

Congrats Laura!!
