Resident Praise

Recently we received an e-mail praising one of very own Maintenance. It reads:

Hi Mr. Sizemore;

I live at your Centerpointe Apartments and have for about 12 years. Over that time period, we have had some pretty terrible management and maintenance and I complained a few times.

Ever since Gene Russell began supervising the maintenance crew around here, things have improved DRASTICALLY. He and his team do a really exceptionally good job of maintaining the grounds and believe me, that used to be a big problem. Additionally, he and his team are really amazing in their response time when there is a maintenance need, no matter how small.

Recently, I had two very minor maintenance requests. I tend to sleep during the day and work at night, so when I entered my request online, I said that if they could get to it that day they could come on by and if it would be on a later day, please give me a call before coming. Both times, they showed up in 5 minutes or less, fixed the problems immediately and left. It was so amazing to me that I just had to tell you about it. I don't know all the maintenance staff, but Gene and Matt Steen are both excellent at their work.

And while I'm at it, although I have said it before, Daphne Tappert and Rebecca Ponte, our property managers, also do an amazingly great job. They are both so friendly, helpful, and efficient that they deserve acknowledgement as well.

I would appreciate it if you would forward this email to Gene and Matt, if you can, and to whomever is supervising Daphne and Rebecca so that everyone gets credit and recognition for their stellar performance on the job. I really, really appreciate it.
