Erica started with us as a Leasing Consultant and was soon on the role of Leasing Director at Palladia. Erica has more than proven her leadership and management skills with her current team. She is now ready to master a different facet of our business in the Assistant manager position. Assistant Manager Promotion

Rebecca has recently accepted the challenge of the Assistant Manager Position at LaSalle; a 554 number of homes community!

Rebecca started with the company almost three years ago as a Leasing Consultant at Centerpointe ; she was promoted to Leasing Director at Palladia a year later, and took on the role of Assistant Manager 1.5 years ago at CenterPointe! Her dedication and commitment to being the best at her job has won her awards for Employee of the Month , Excellence in Sales, and Customer Service Award! Since she is a part of the weekly LaSalle/Centerpointe team meetings, the transition will be smooth. Our team is very excited to welcome her aboard! Go Becka!

Property Manager Promotion

Please join me in congratulating Desiree Lee on her promotion to Property Manager at Kempton Downs. Desiree joined our Equity team in April of 2004 as a leasing agent and quickly moved into the Assistant Manager role with experience at Kempton Downs, Country Gables and most recently LaSalle.

Desiree has a Bachelor’s degree in Ethic Studies from California State University Hayward and an extended background in Customer Service. There has not been a day since I have worked with Desiree that she doesn’t have an ear to ear smile and a positive attitude. She truly has a passion for her job along with a vibrant spirit and dedication to excellence.

I look forward to all her future success as she takes the reigns at Kempton Downs. Congratulations Desiree!

Please congratulate Ryan Wilson on his promotion to Property Manager of The Cove at Fishers Landing. Ryan has been with Equity for 9 years and has worn many hats during that time. He started his career as a Leasing Consultant and worked his way up into the position of Leasing Director. He continued to grow in his leadership as he stepped into the role of Assistant Manager at Tanasbourne Terrace. Ryan has had a lot of opportunity to grow under the leadership of a number of seasoned Managers through his years of service with Equity. He has a true passion and dedication to Equity as well as our Portfolio. We are very excited for Ryan to take on this new role and new challenge as Property Manager.
